1. Register as a Service Provider (elancer) for FREE if you are not a member yet.

2. After login, find potential projects on main page 'Hot Projects', or click on particular 'Project Category'. To view all projects, click here.

3. All projects are visible.

4. Study the project description for project scope and detail requirements.

5. On the project page, click 'Fill Out Bid Form' button located below the buyer ID.

6. Set your (HKD) price according to the needs of buyer and your value added services. Note that we will introduce USD price very soon. The final payment currency and rate will be agreed with buyer by a contract.

7. Set the expected completion date of project if it will be different from the date provided by the buyer.

8. Write up your project proposal and describe your value added services.

1. Login and view your awarded project list under My Account > Provide Service Progress > Successful Bid

2. We may ask you to give us more samples or detail proposal on behalf of the buyer.

3. If the buyer select you as the winner, you will receive winner notification email.

4. Once the buyer confirmed the winner, a winner stamp is visible on the bidder list.

1. Our customer service team will send you a contract based on the project details.

2. Both you and buyer will sign on the contract.

3. The buyer will specify the detailed work scope, revisions, final work submission date, and payment method under our assistance.

4. We will secure the project payment from the buyer, and pay you upon approval of the buyer.

5. You can contact the buyer after the contract has been duly signed.

6. We will help you communicate the project status and amount of work complete to the buyer.

We support online payment through PayPal.

1. Project payment will be made upon completion of project.

2. We send the funds to you according to the contract terms and after the project is complete.

3. The money transfer fee for the selected payment method is determined by the payment agent/bank.
