to join as a member? |

Registration is FREE
Upon registration,
you can use all services eLancer provides.
Click the 'Registration' button on the right upper part
of home page.
Before you register, please read the user
agreement at the beginning of registration. |

Forgot
ID and Password? |
|
| If you cannot remember ID and password, you can get
themporary password after you fill out name, e-mail addres,
resident registration number on 'Request ID/Password'
which is on the bottom of log-in window. Your ID and password
will be sent via your registered e-mail address. Your
registered e-mail address should match with e-mail address
provided to. In case current e-mail address is different
form e-mail provided to eLancer for membership registration,
please contact enquiry@elancerindia.com
with your name, address and contact information. We will
inform you upon rec |

How
can I delete project? |
|
| Once your project is posted, you cannot delete project.
However, if you have any change on the project description,
send e-mail to enquiry@elancerindia.com.
We will adjust, change or delete it. The reason why a
project can not be deleted is that the description of
posted project should not be changed after bidding. |

Can
I delete the description of project? |
|

How
can I cancel membership? |
|
| Please send e-mail to enquiry@elancerindia.com
with your ID, name. address, e-mail and contact information.
After checking, we will take a procedure to delete you
from our membership list. Even in this case, the record
will be kept for 5 years according to commerce law and
the necessity of information storage at our side. |

How
can I check who is awarded a project? |
|
| You can check it from closed projects. The description
of awarded bidder will be shown in red background color. |
|

How
to contact the buyer during the bidding period? |
|
| Elancer prohibits the exchange of contact details between
buyer and service provider during the bidding period.
Many members of the eLancer community have been helping
us to keep the playing field level by reporting violations.
